Ever paused to consider how your digital habits affect your wellbeing? Join us as we explore how we can better regulate our device use and be positive digital role models for our children.

Singapore Children’s Society warmly invites you to their ParenTIPS Lunchtime Webinar: Let’s Get Real about Our Digital Wellbeing! In today’s digital era, we are constantly connected to our devices, especially our handphones. Over time, these habits can unconsciously shape our wellbeing and influence our parenting.

In this upcoming webinar, participants will reflect on what digital self-care looks like and what it means to model healthy digital habits for children. They are delighted to welcome Professor Lim Sun Sun, Vice President, Partnerships & Engagement and Lee Kong Chian Professor of Communication and Technology at Singapore Management University, Mr Shem Yao, Head of TOUCH Cyber Wellness, TOUCH Community Services, and Ms Nuramira Binte Mohd Rosli, Senior Counsellor at Singapore Children's Society @ Youth Services as panellists.
